Sean, Cheryl & SG Build
Four generations of builders. One Crawley family.
Sean Griffiths grew up in a family of builders. His father, grandfather and great-grandfather worked in the trade before him.
After gaining a City & Guilds distinction in Construction in the early 1990s, Sean worked on housing developments. In 1999, he and Cheryl started SG Build from their two-bedroom flat in Crawley.
The business grew from there. Today, SG Build takes on extensions, alterations and groundworks with a team of six craftsmen, working from its base in Ifield.
A building project means having people in and around your home for weeks. Read what customers in West Green, Maidenbower and Gossops Green say about working with Sean and the team.

Used Sean for several building jobs at Ifield Park Care Home. Sean is friendly, polite and has sound knowledge. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We would recommend Sean for any aspect of building work.
Sean & his team were extremely hard working, a delight to work with, honest & reliable. We are very pleased with the standard of work & the way Sean managed the entire project, nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
From day one Sean and the team took away all the stress and anxiety that had been building alongside the excitement and prospect undertaking our long awaited extension. The whole build ran like clockwork. Sean and his team were all really professional and lovely to work with. We cannot thank you enough for everything you've done for us.
