How much will my extension cost?+
Size alone will not give an accurate price. Ground conditions, access, structural work, glazing and finishes all affect the job. Discuss the scope with Sean and request a written quote.
Do I need drawings before I contact you?+
You can start with an idea. Tell Sean what you would like to change and send any plans you already have. The drawings and other information needed will depend on the project.

Can you give me a price from photographs?+
Photographs help explain the job. A written quote needs the scope and site details, including access, structure and finishes. Arrange a visit so those details can be discussed.
Can we stay in the house during the work?+
That depends on the job and how it affects your kitchen, bathroom and access. Talk through the practical arrangements with Sean before agreeing a start date.
